This document has been designed to inform you of the code of conduct which all contractors on the advisory list will be expected to follow.
Bolton at Home is committed to providing a hig quality advisory list of contractors as part of the wider Home Improvement Partnership and values the role contractors can contribute to promote a consistent approach to contractor conduct.
It is based on best practice in customer care. However , much of the content is already current practice and has been gathered together in the one code.
