WARMFRONT GRANTS:
Government funded grants up to £3,500 to provide gas, electric, or oil-fired central heating, and repairs are being offered to eligible private tenants, along with insulation improvements. Where gas central heating is installed, breakdown cover and an annual gas safety inspection are also provided for the first two years.
Private Landlords are asked to encourage their tenants to apply for Warm Front Grants. Your property could benefit from improved insulation and heating, and your tenant will benefit from a warmer and healthier home, which is more economical to run.
