Landlords will be allocated membership status based on their level of engagement with the accreditation scheme as follows:
• A Full Member has achieved accredited status on at least one property and is working towards accreditation on the rest of their portfolio
• An Associate Member is working towards achieving accreditation status on their first property
Landlords who have a regular turnover and would like to invite prospective tenants to enquire about any vacancies may have their contact details added to this page by request.

• You can contact us to find out if a property you are interested in is fully accredited or is registered on the scheme.

Landlords who are Full Members are committed to providing good standards of property & tenancy management e.g. conduct Tenancy Reference Checks.
Landlords & their Tenants have access to a range of services and dedicated officers to help them deal with Tenancy Matters.
