Free 'Property to Let' Advertising
There are two ways that Landlords can advertise properties free via BARLO:
Homes For Bolton can advertise available Accredited Properties on the Bolton Landlord Accreditation Scheme. Landlords are assisted by BARLO in obtaining former tenant reference checks. Landlords are also provided with Tenancy Documents that can help obtain relevant information about applicants more likely to maintain longer and more successful tenancies.

Find-a-Home - Accredited Properties to Let, Bolton
Accredited properties can also be advertised on Pinpoint - the regional choice based letting scheme which advertises Residential Social Landlords' and Council properties available across a number of local authority areas within Greater Manchester who are working in partnership on this scheme.
