Bolton at Home has a responsibility to investigate reported complaints of anti social behaviour if either the person complaining or the person causing the complaint is a council [Bolton at Home] tenant. Bolton at Home will ensure all incidents reported to them that are their responsibility are sensitively investigated and resolved.
